Placing an order with shop.conferences.gr is easy.
Searching
First you will need to browse or search for the books you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store. When you find a book that interests you, click the title of the book to see its detail page. In order to go back to the proceedings list click on the "back to the list" link.
Put in basket
If you want to order a book, type the quantity that you would like to order (maximum 3 items per book) and then click the "Put in basket" button. The basket icon that you will find on every page will give you the ability to visit your shopping basket any time you want. You will see the contents of your basket. You can change the quantity of the books in your basket and click the Update basket button or proceed with the order by clicking the "Go to payment / Ordering" button.
Shipping / Payment method
In the basket page you can choose the shipping and payment method of your order. You will be charged a per shipment fee for each shipment. Your order can be delivered by post or you can always visit Heliotopos Conferences. Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. Your have two choices: MasterCard or Visa.
Provide invoice address, delivery address and credit card elements
Enter the name and address that will be printed on the invoice. Phone and email are required fields too. If you wish your books to be delivered to another address than the invoice address you can enter the full delivery address, name, mail and phone of the contact person in the Delivery address section. Carefully place all the necessary elements of your credit card and click the "Pay / Order" button to review your order.
Review and finalize your order
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided. You can make your adjustments by clicking the "Back to basket" button and update the inaccurate fields. When you are ready click the "Finalize order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
